For a perfect ending, try a meal at l'Esquisse, the café-restaurant adjacent to the Fondation de l'Hermitage. Located in the estate's former orangery, l'Esquisse offers refined cuisine in an idyllic setting, a British-style building with terracotta brick walls and climbing roses.
You can return via the path on the eastern side of the Campagne de l'Hermitage park, then via the north side of the Cité (rue Cité-derrière) and rue Curtat.
