Opening hours
The Night of the Museums 2024 takes place on Saturday, September 21 from 2 p.m. to 2 a.m. Some institutions open later and others close earlier. We invite you to consult the dedicated pages of each museum for more information on their respective opening hours. The Museums Afterparty will take place from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. at the D! Club and the Bar Club ABC in Lausanne.

Village and catering
This year, the Village of the Night of the Museums is renewing itself and is taking over the Place des Pionnières in Lausanne, from morning until 2 a.m. In the heart of the city, it serves as a meeting point, information and catering place. Several stands, bars and food trucks are available in a friendly atmosphere throughout the event. A real nerve center, the Village is the starting and finishing point of the two special bus lines that serve all the museums.

Information stands
Three information stands are at your disposal on the day of the event. One is located in Plateforme 10 (Place de la Gare 16/17 in Lausanne), another in the NDM Village (Place des Pionnières in Lausanne) and the last one at EPFL (open until midnight). The stands in the Village and at EPFL are also sales points where you can buy your admission ticket (prices and information on the ticket page).
